More than five months into the COVID-19 crisis, hospitals and nursing homes continue to struggle with the lack of PPE. Healthcare workers continue to risk their lives on the front lines, forced to rely on their reused equipment as their last line of defense. We have 3D printed skin safe face shields that effectively serves as eye protection and defense against respiratory droplets from others. These face shields should be worn in conjunction with face masks.
